Figures show that one in 1,222 Wisconsin homes was in the foreclosure process last month, compared to one in every 538 homes nationwide. That puts the state 27th-highest in the country. Nevada had the highest foreclosure rate at one in 139 homes in March, while Vermont recorded the lowest rate with one in 154,779 homes.
